The Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills™ course is an interactive program designed to assist Scrum practitioners in cultivating a facilitator’s mindset, developing proficiency in facilitation skills, and understanding how to select appropriate techniques for different situations. By honing their facilitation skills, participants can enhance problem-solving, make Scrum events more effective, and foster better team alignment, ultimately leading to improved outcomes.

During this one-day skills-building course, participants will acquire the knowledge and techniques necessary to become proficient facilitators, improving their interactions with Scrum Teams, stakeholders, and customers. Emphasis will be placed on adopting facilitation as a mindset and promoting the Scrum Values.
